Please find below the Application Form to request membership in the Association for Scientific Advancement in Psychological Injury and Law (ASAPIL). Note that this form is for new member applications only. If you are already an ASAPIL member, please use the Membership Renewal Form.
Before submitting the application, please read the Terms of Agreement.
Items marked with an *asterisk on the application form are required. If a (non-required) question or item does not apply to you, just leave it blank.
After you submit the application you will be automatically transferred to the Payment Page where you will pay your annual dues (please see the membership page for information on dues for various membership categories). The payment process uses secure, encrypted transfer technology. We prefer credit/debit card payment but payment by check or money order is accepted (details are on the payment page).
After you submit the application you will also receive an email acknowledging receipt of the application form. This email will contain a copy of all the information you enter on the form. If you realize that you made an error or if you wish to add additional information to your application, contact the Secretary of the Association with that information.
Note that when you are typing information into one of the form fields, the field will automatically expand if you go beyond 70 characters, i.e., you are not limited to the amount of space you can see initially.
Also, note that you will indicate the membership category for which you are applying on the payment page (to which you will be automatically transferred after you submit the application form).
As a member you receive a free digital subscription to our peer-reviewed journal, Psychological Injury and Law.
